Shipping Information

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days, whilst we endeavor to get all domestic orders delivered within 5 days, please allow up to 7-14 working days for your order to arrive. If your order does not arrive within 7-14 working days please contact hello@komfiecrew.com.au and we'll aim to resolve your issue urgently.

Komfie crew will not be held responsible if wrong details are given by customer or for the delay in delivery if we have posted your parcel within the time frame given.
